We are right to be worried.
Two Points
If all of the units are sold and Al Rashed has sufficient monies then why is the development not commencing.
What cannot we communicate with Al Rashed; where is the customer service? What is our postion with our investment? If there is a deferment, then tell us and we will understand, the silence is giving us the wrong impression. Ther are too many investors in this for Al Rased to just walk away.
I am doing some investigations and will post comments.

I too had bought an apartment in Springfield-HA01 in Humaid City in April2008. Rashed Real estate seem to have disappeared. In fact their landlines are also now disconnected.
I understand that they have closed down their office in Ajman!
Does anybody know who are the people behind Al Rashed Real Estate?

I too bought a unit in SF Tower 1 which was sold to me by Magical Homes in London. According to the programme sold to me, I made large instalements (from june 08) and completed the payment of full move in price. Magical Homes only informed me that there was going to be some delay in completion but despite keeping intouch with them myself they did not tell me that construction had not even started. I heard some news and got worried so I went to UAE myself to visit construction site but there was nothing to be seen except for Al-Rashed' sign board. Oppostie to this was Emirates City with half build buildings and diggers and other machinces but at least there was a sign that construction had started although it was on hold or so I was told by the person on the city gate. I made a video of all this to show to Magical Homes who have now closed their office themselves and don't answer their phone call or emails. I am sure they were aware of the situation the whole time but still asked me to continue making payments. I believe we should all get togather and take legal action against them in UK.

I too bought a unit in sf tower like you and it was sold to me by al-mirage holdings/magical homes.I also made 2 instalments.I put my property up for resale and I also monitered the status of this every now and then to see what was happening and each time I was reassured my money was safe and once this property of mine was sold,I would get my investment price back and now there is no contact what so ever.
I too think we should gather more people who are in the same situation and take some action as we all want our hard earned money back.

Any UK investors out there on Humaid City? We have had if confirmed Humaid City is now cancelled beause Al Rashed has run away. There is no chance of getting your money back. I know of 3 people at least who've invested in Humaid City here in the UK. Any one else like to discuss the way forward? Court action is going to be a waste of time. Even our marketing agents ACI are now giving up on court action against Al Rashed.
This does effect all projects on humaid city as all money collected by various developers was handed over to the master developer Al Rashed.

Excuse me , ACI will Make Case against Al Rashed ??? first do you know if they are out of the jail or they still inside. please if you know the answer let me know.
And why they will make a case against alrashed, they didnt get commetion ?????????/ am sure they did... and if ACi will be in the court against alrashed what they will claim about the clients that they paid to ACI Full amount and aci transferd to alrashed 20% and gave recipt to the client for FULLY PAID , COME ON MAAAAAAAAN , Think who is ACI And then Talk.
