It is quite apparent that Al rashed have washed their hands off the Humaid City project!!
Most investors have paid 2-3 installments. No contact person is available at Al Rashed to respond to investore concerns or queries.
Is anyone planning to take legal action?

Does anyone know of what the procedure is to get a refund of monies paid towards this project, I have paid for two apartments in full.
Is there some kind of association of purchasers who has take legal action or would i need to pursue this as an indvidual law suit,
I would appreciate any information.
