I recently came accross a developer who has an escrow account. He has allowed me to join his project
and i will not lose my money. I feel so relieved and my headaches are gone.
I am working at Al Masah International in Dubai Marina. We lead a policy of investment very interesting for every person who would have invested in Ajman and whose project will not be either begun or not finalized.
We have our own projects in Dubai (Jumeirah village, Dubai Sport City, Dubai Marina,...)
We offer to the investors of Ajman to swap their property from Ajman to Dubai by recovering the sum already paid in Ajman.
We offer you very interesting prices, a payment plan displayed over 5 years and all official documents will be provided the investors, proving our seriousness. (RERA, Land Registration, Escrow account, DEWA NOC,..).
Also, some of our projects will be completed end of 2010. You will be able to acquire keys and continue paying according to payment schedule (5 years).
Hi Guys,
If you are considering swapping you should really look at an ajman swap as i
found it a lot cheaper than Dubai. I came across someone who swapped to
Dubai, the developer had no escrow account and he has now vanished. Make sure
that they are registered with ARRA, have an escrow account and most important,
THAT THEIR LAND IS FULLY PAID UP. If a developer has too much to pay on his plot,
he will need to have at least 10,000,000 AED to put in his account with other criteria
before he can even open an escrow account. I have done my homework and my
addy is ajman1999@gmail.com.
Hi,
I took your advice on escrow account and laid paid up etc and decided to
swap to a company in Marmooka city.
You were very helpful. What do you think of the article in the national saying
lawyers may prolong the agony as you seem to have your ear to the ground.
I mean i want to sue my former developer eventhough im in a safe project now
but unlike other companies in Dubai, they didnt want the rights over my previous unit.
Let me know when you feel the time is right ot start a case against developers
not registered. My address is callan1967@gmail.com
Dear Callan1967,
There is a new law in Dubai for investors in projects that have not started.
It does not apply to Ajman yet but im wondering how do you get money back
from a developer who has gone bust or not registered etc. ARRA will advise you to
go to court as they can only talk to registered companies.
Another article in the National suggested that lawyers ar trying to get one case through
to open the flood gates but are you willing to waste money trying to be the first
landmark case. I would consider you are not and this is why i would advise you wait and
see. Well done on transferring to Kings Group, they are an excellent company and
as you already know, they didnt ask you to give up the rights to your unit in the cancelled
project. You will be able to sue your former developer in the furure but its not the right
time yet.
When the time is right i will be taking a case and we will both get our moeny back. Let someone
else pay for legal cases in the hope they can win and if they do, we have already saved our money
and we can also look forward to taking our money back from our previous developers.
Hi unkle,
I think you have a good strategy there and i agree that we should wait until someone
wins in court or at least a new decree is passed.
Thanks for the heads up
