Any one has any info on this project. I have paid 3 chqs and now one year and not even a Master contract received.

ARRA Registered
At last the Savannah Heights has got registered with Arra. It is a very positive news for me and i hope the construction work will start soon!
They have not yet get a Escrow account but the both towers are registered and approved. ( visit the arra.ae for confirmation). I also find the name of new master developer ( R-holding ). So it is also a good progress as R-holding is a Ajman government base company.
Pls share your information regarding all about this project and Humaid city.

I bought one 3B/R from Roger,now it is confirmed that humaid city project has been cancelled ,besides savannah heights has made piling work none of other project in humaid city start any site work. but so far we didn't get any clear reply ,dont know is there any possibility to cover our lost.

I have bought a unit as well. I met with them but they do not talk encouraging.It seems that Humaid City is not going to exist. And even if the project starts we should demand for discounts or revised longer payment plan.

I have also paid 3 installement and still waiting for any good news. As far as i think the delay is from the master developer side. They are not in position to ensure the developer about the status of infrastucter.(Roads,water,elec etc).
I bought this project through northern emeirates property Ajman. They are the authorised dealer for this project and i got a letter from them that right now because of ARRA registration and guarantee from Master Developer for the bacis infrastucture the project is on hold.
So after the july 1st. dead line we may know the future of his project. I hope when ARRA will able to issue the official list of all registered developers of Ajman so then we can see any confirmation.

I too bought through Northern Emirates, Roger Wilkinson. My flat is in S1 Flat 1311 (one room + study)
Only the piling work seems to have been done in Humaid City for this project. No where else is there any work going on. Big worry is that Humaid City project will cancelled. If so what happens to our money ?
