We have invested in Humaid Gate Tower and bought 14th floor from Al Marzooq. They never started building and we want our money back. Anyone else considering a lawsuit against them?

Humaid City developments

Nothing is going to happen in Humaid City and those developers and brokers just tell you lies. Ajman RERA will NOT allow anything to start until the specific projects are fully approved and relevant ESCROW accounts set up. Ajma RERA has also advised people and buyers like us NOT to pay anything to developer or broker. If u do and be stupid like me, your money will be locked for ages.
Need to get proper lawsuits collectively so that these unscrupolous developersa nd brokers can NEVER ever operate in UAE. All my savings are tied with one of these brokers.

Hi I agree, we should get together and put pressure on these fraudsters asap before they paln to leave the country with our hard earned money, my developer for wings tower has not got an escrow account and never will and keeps demanding money like we are some fools. They have not registered with ARRA on May 1 AND i THINK MOST DEVELOPERS IN hUMAID CITY WILL NOT.
we have a genuine case to stop these developers swallowing our money and to get it back.
legal proceedings collectively should start ASAP.
