to clients transferring/swapping from cancelled projects in Ajman or Dubai

I came across a forum on emirates city saying that construction based
payment plans are coming out of ARRA. How do you say you have one
already.

Yes we do offer a construction based payment plan

Dear Sir,
The answer to your question is yes we are offering construction based payment plans and have
been doing so for quite some time. We are well aware of the manner in which investors were
treated up to now but we have always looked after our customers. That is why we are registered
with ARRA, have an escrow account and we identified a construction base payment plan as being
one more way of assuring investors who have been cheated by some developers.
