Yes I know all about this development. They are being developed by AL Rashed Real Estate and are dead cheap for those who are not bothered about location/veiw etc. its a great first investment in UAE and Ajman. I heard that Calthorpe arent registered with the ARRA - they missed the deadline for 1st May, and ARRA are advising investors to sue Calthorpe - Do you know if they will refund the money?
I presume they dont want to create an escrow account - are they already bankrupt?
