Can any body tell me what has happened to these developments - Wings Tower and The Gate, promoted by Bhakti Real Estate and Abu Dhabi Estate Centre (Alajouz group)? Are they really taking place??
Anybody there who has booked anything in Ajman Humaid City through Bhakti???

I have units in Bhakti REal Estate another project U Tower that is also in the air. No news and no update from any source.
All this ARRA looks another BIG SCAM

I have invested in Ajman. All developers are having similar problems but I think we as customers should also pay as per plan so that the developers have enough cash flow to continue the project.

I too have 2 units in Wings Tower and also have received thier letter stating the confirmation of an Escrow Account.

They have not registered the project or have an escrow account.

I also have an apartment in wings tower. Yesterday i received good news received about this project is that they have registered for ESCRO account...this gives hope that project is genuine and moving. Well about construction i m listening same comments from the real estate but hopeful that it is by far...true

Nothing has happend to the project so far, and if there is any honesty in broker full refunds should be given back to teh investors.
Please remember NOT to pay anymore money to broker or developer.

dear all,
I am a fellow investor in wings tower- humaid city. This project as I know it will NEVER START. Do not pay a single dime to these fraudsters at Bhakti Real estate- They still do not have an escrow account contrary to what they may say and keep demanding money.
Secondily they have not registered the project with ARRA and probably have no intention to.
I feel that you cannot trust Imran Choudary- CEO and we as investors should get to together asap and take action now to get our hard earned money back, ARRA Hopefully will cancel the project , and we then will have a strong case but we should get ready and file a case in the property court as no registration has taken place.
I have someone in dubai that worked at bhakti in a senior position and his view is to take legal action against them asap.

Dear Mr. Sanjay,

I received a letter on 5/5/2009 from them about my escrow account details. It is clearly mentioned in letter the escrow account number # in Ajman bank. Do you mean it is fake and how we can verify this account number? If it is true we should file a case against them as soon as possible. Let me know what to do to get our money back.

Falcon Tower - HB 10

Falcon tower 2 is a project of Al Alajouz Broker.
I don't have any idea about it. if it is canceled or no ??
I had a contact with ARRA yesterday and they informed me that the developer still under registration
Please, let me know if some people have bought units in falcon tower 2 ?

IS THERE ANYBODY INVESTED IN 'U' TOWER IN HUMAID CITY WITH BHAKTI REAL ESTATE.
