Al Humaid City is a residential and commercial town-sized development being built in the emirate of Ajman, in the United Arab Emirates. The freehold development will be located along Emirates Road, directly opposite to Emirates City.

Al Humaid City will contain 69 residential towers ranging from 25 to 35 floor, as well as medical, educational and shopping facilities. The development is owned by R-Holding and the master developer is Al Rashed Real Estate.

Springfield - Humaid City, Ajman

I too had bought an apartment in Springfield-HA01 in Humaid City in April2008. Rashed Real estate seem to have disappeared. In fact their landlines are also now disconnected.
I understand that they have closed down their office in Ajman!

Does anybody know who are the people behind Al Rashed Real Estate?

Hi,
I have spent a lot of time trying to contact their office too but its a waste of time. I met a developer through a friend
and the company have allowed me to get into their project and i wont lose what i have paid already. The process didnt take
long and my funds are now with a developer who has an escrow account. Do you want their contact details.

Rashid 7, Humaid City

Hi,
Is anybody have an idea regarding the progress construction works for Rashid 7 ?
As per the contract the tower will be ready by end of 2011.

Could anyone post pictures of the construction site?

RLV (Royal lake view)

Hello,

I bought an apartment in RLV in feb. 08, after paying 20% of the amount I received my contract (November 08).

Seeing that there was nothing built on the site, I stopped my payments and asked that I give a new payment plan that takes account of developments. What I arranged and helped much to clarify.

In any case the new payment plan, the end date is scheduled for July 11 (personally I think that will start in 2012).

I'll add that the properties of BL has been available and supportive (Mr Azhar Khan).

This is my small contribution on this forum hoping that it will reassure many people.

Falcon tower 2 - Humaid city

Hi,
Is anybody have an idea regarding the progress construction works for falcon tower 2 ?
