Al Hadeel Towers

Hi! I have paid over £25000 for a flat in Al hadeel toiwers. I initially bought this through Charles Estates and then made direct payments to Al Rashed Real Estates. However, I have been unable to make contact with anyone in Al Rashed. They do not answer their phones and do not reply to any emails. Does anyone have any upto date news about this project? What are we going to do next?
Any advice will be appreciated.

In case of any problem regarding humaid city these are the most benificial person, as the are doing the arbitration of these properties.
