who is saving my investment. They are mobilising to site and im over the moon. They have
taken account of the money i already paid and it was much cheaper than moving to Dubai. I couldnt

Is there a status update on this tower. Hilltop RE have sold this units and we have no recovery plan even though a fraud case has been filed.

i purchased 1 flat in humaid city. i was very upset where is al rashid and my hardly earned money...
i contact arra they said that i have to contact with r holding....i went there and give me replacement offer and they adjust my all paid money in r holding projects...now i am little happy but i do'nt when levender tower will finish and i do'nt know what will happen with my investment...

I recently came accross a developer who has an escrow account. He has allowed me to join his project
and i will not lose my money. I feel so relieved and my headaches are gone.

I do not know why Al Owais Heights construction is started?????????????????
The situation is so bad and they are playing. Simply they put some piling machines and want to get more money. If you want to cancel, u will get 00000000000000000000000 dhs. we cannot help this situation. it is naseeb.

We are right to be worried.

Two Points
If all of the units are sold and Al Rashed has sufficient monies then why is the development not commencing.

What cannot we communicate with Al Rashed; where is the customer service? What is our postion with our investment? If there is a deferment, then tell us and we will understand, the silence is giving us the wrong impression. Ther are too many investors in this for Al Rased to just walk away.

I have been to Ajman Land Department a few days ago and they ask me to to ARRA.
ARRA is located exactly in the old ajman immigration department if you want to go. They are very kind to me when I toll them about my story. Call them: +971 6 7444 144, Fax: +971 6 7444 145, P.O. Box 2333, Ajman-UAE. The person in ARRA told me the Al Rashid is totally illegal. They didn't register anything in ARRA! That meats both of the Al Rashid and our broker are all the time cheating us! The Humaid City might never be built up. It's just an beautiful imagination.

I visited Al Rashid in Ajman about two months ago. But it's not there when i went there yeaterday (2009/8/1). I bought two flats in Tide Tower from the broker Cando Real Estate(In Radisson SAS Hotel, Deira) last year. 20% per cent has been paid directely through Cando Real Estate.
The Cando Real Estate give me to options: 1. wait as long as I can. 2. As a compensation (exchange), I should buy their other flat they sell in Jumeirah Vellege at the price of 650 Dhs/sft!
